How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Navigate to Settings > Billing in your dashboard. You can switch between plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. Prorated charges are calculated automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET-30 terms. Contact us at info@lomena.io for invoice-based billing.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, but there are no cancellation fees.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, all new accounts start with a 14-day free trial of our Pro plan. No credit card required. You will have full access to all features during the trial period, and you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

Monitoring Setup

Which platforms does Loomena monitor?
Loomena monitors all major social media platforms, professional networks, video platforms, news sites, blogs, forums, and review platforms — over 15 sources in total. We are continuously adding new sources. Enterprise customers can request custom source integrations.
How do I set up my first keyword monitor?
From your dashboard, click "New Monitor" and enter the keywords or phrases you want to track. You can use boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT) to refine your query. Select which platforms to monitor, set language and geographic filters, and save. Mentions will begin appearing within minutes.
How far back can I access historical data?
Historical data availability depends on your plan. Starter plans include 30 days of history, Pro plans include 12 months, and Enterprise plans offer unlimited historical data. All plans track data from the moment your monitor is created going forward.

Data & Reports

How accurate is the sentiment analysis?
Our sentiment analysis achieves 92% accuracy across general social media content. Accuracy improves further when you train custom models for your industry. The system handles sarcasm, slang, and emoji-heavy content through contextual NLP analysis.
Can I export my data?
Yes. All data can be exported in CSV, PDF, or JSON formats. You can export from individual reports, the mentions feed, or through our API. Scheduled exports can be configured to automatically deliver reports to your email on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
How often is monitoring data updated?
Loomena processes mentions in near real-time with an average detection latency of under 30 seconds for major platforms. Dashboard metrics update every 60 seconds. Scheduled reports use data current as of their generation time.

Integrations

How do I connect a messaging integration to Loomena?
Go to Settings > Integrations and click "Connect" on the messaging platform you want to use. You will be redirected to authorise the connection. Once connected, you can choose which channels receive alerts and configure notification rules from the Integrations settings page.
Can I use multiple integrations at once?
Absolutely. You can connect as many integrations as you need simultaneously. For example, you can send alerts to multiple messaging platforms, sync data to your CRM, and automate workflows through automation tools, all at the same time.
Is there a limit on API requests?
Rate limits vary by plan: Starter plans allow 100 requests/minute, Pro plans allow 1,000 requests/minute, and Enterprise plans allow 5,000 requests/minute. If you need higher limits, contact our team to discuss custom arrangements.

Troubleshooting

Why am I not seeing mentions for my keywords?
First, verify that your monitor is active in the dashboard. Check that your keywords are spelled correctly and that you have not applied overly restrictive filters. New monitors may take a few minutes to start returning results. If the issue persists, contact support.
My alerts are not being delivered. What should I check?
Verify that your alert rules are enabled in Settings > Alerts. Check that the notification channel (email, messaging, etc.) is properly connected. For email alerts, check your spam folder. For messaging integrations, ensure the Loomena app still has permission to post to the configured channel.
The dashboard is loading slowly. What can I do?
Try narrowing the date range on your dashboard view. Large date ranges with high mention volumes require more processing time. Clear your browser cache and ensure you are using a modern browser. If performance issues persist, contact support at info@lomena.io.
